Parkour

Enso Elite offers Parkour classes for all age groups, and there are four levels.

 Parkour Minis is for children between the ages of 3 and 5. The other three levels accommodate all skillsets from Beginners (1) to more Advanced (3) learners. The Parkour classes consist of obstacle training courses where they will learn various Parkour jumps and flips to develop body awareness and physical strength. They will also have time in our foam pit and on the Tumble Track.
